I’m responsible for assisting Colleges and Academies with an in-house catering service and carrying out-bench marking. For outsourced Catering provision, I provide advice on use of CPC Framework, this may include managing the Tender process.
Food Quality, student affordability, financial benefits to the Institution and capital availability.
I’ve worked within the Catering industry for over 40 years including the Hotel Management with major Hotel groups. I also managed a Catering service at The Royal Northern College of Music for over 20 years. I also have Procurement experience working with TUCO (The Universities Catering Organisation.
I enjoy helping Colleges and Academies achieve an excellent catering service.
