Here at CPC we want our members to be confident that they are receiving the best possible service from us. It is essential to us that your fundamental needs are met and exceeded by our framework agreements and support services. We have reviewed the results from last year’s survey and many of your needs and ideas have been implemented. Continuous improvement is at the heart of what we do, to enable this we need you to tell us how we are doing and what we could do differently.
