The CPC have established a Framework Agreement through which our Members may procure insurance and/or insurance-related services and products directly from insurers, or via brokers, or a mixture of both.
The framework provides CPC members with insurance covers including but not limited to loss of or damage to any property including IT equipment, money, works of art, refrigerated or frozen food, and property in transit; loss due to dishonesty of employees or crime by third parties; loss or damage to contract works; loss or damage caused by terrorism; financial loss following interruption caused by damage to property; employers liability; public and products liability; governors and officers liability; libel and slander; professional liability; hirers liability; cyber liability; personal accident; business and student travel; legal expenses and employment practices liability; motor, motor trade, motor sport and occasional business use; damage to plant and engineering plant inspection services; marine; and aviation.
The Framework Agreement will provide a mixture of any or all of the above covers.
It was awarded on 1st August 2017 and runs to 31st July 2019 with a possible extension to 31st July 2021.
