This framework agreement provides a one-stop-shop for all your human resource (HR) and payroll service requirements. It has been designed for the education sector and is split across three lots to cover your HR outsourcing and payroll outsourcing requirements:

Lot 1 offers human resource services including: specialist recruitment/e-recruitment, human resource consultancy (employee relations), managed services, human resource transactional services (employee resourcing), training, business and administration support services, transformational services, leadership/management, support services and employee support services.

Lot 2 offers a comprehensive suite of payroll services which are available as a bureau, part-managed or managed service.

Lot 3 offers human resource and payroll as an integrated service.

The services available are not limited to those listed. Suppliers can make their wider portfolio of human resource and payroll services available to you within the broad definition of each lot's services.
