We are pleased to announce the launch of CPC’s new Legal Services Framework.

This legal advice UK framework has been developed for the education sector to provide a comprehensive set of services to support CPC members with all Legal Services requirements from small to high value.

The framework can cover an institutions entire Legal Services requirement including: academy conversion, human resources, contracts and contract law, public procurement law, procurement legal advice, employment law, intellectual property law, insolvency, complex mergers, corporate finance, dispute resolution and litigation, general legal advice and much more.

The lot structure was developed to offer greater flexibility with a combination of geographical and specialism-led lots.  There is also a dedicated and all-encompassing lot for education to cover every eventuality.
