Prior to this tender process, CPC managed a successful Construction Workshop and Estates Supplies agreement, of which a lot for paint and sundries were included. After much discussion, CPC came to the conclusion that the Paint lot would better serve their members requirements if it were its own standalone framework agreement.

CPC envisages that the end users of the framework will be primarily estates & facilities managers looking to give areas of their institution a new lease of life with colours that encourage learning and help to influence a positive mood, whilst ensuring the products are durable and made to a high standard. Students studying painting & decorating courses are also likely to benefit.
