This agreement can be used to purchase grounds maintenance for schools, academies, colleges and universities. It will enable you to secure a broad range of ground maintenance contracts to best meet the needs of your institution.

You can secure value for money due to competition between the 18 specialist grounds maintenance suppliers over 12 regional lots and a national lot. You will also save time as you won’t need to complete a full tender process.

This is a new version our previous grounds maintenance framework which was very successful. It has added value for CPC members and now provides members pricing plus desktop calculators for direct award and mini competitions. It also provides opportunities to deliver social value and improve community impacts.
